Diversity & Inclusion Installation

Diversity & Inclusion Installation

This year I worked with a colleague to design and install a large scale installation for the Uber office focusing on the topics of diversity and inclusion. Since one of the biggest contributors of attrition at Uber is a lack of a “sense of belonging,” the goal of the exhibit was to encourage participation in the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The project consists of photography, video and interviews with ERG leads, an interactive display of Everyday Inclusive Actions, as well as a hand-crafted type installation. The video portion of the exhibit is a statement about taking time to be present, empathetic, and courageous.
